You may think you know what HIIT is, what the benefits are and what the ideal time and intensity is, but you probably don’t know the full truth. Find out what you don’t know that you don’t know in this webinar.

High intensity interval training (HIIT) is the most popular type of fitness for the second year in a row. Whether you run a multipurpose club, a studio, a YMCA, a parks and rec facility or a university rec center, you likely already offer HIIT programming (and if you don’t, what are you waiting for?), but is that programming set up so that it is safe and effective for your members?

This webinar will not only provide current scientific information about HIIT benefits but will also cover the components of creating safe and effective HIIT workouts for your members.

Attendees will learn:

  • What really is HIIT?
  • What are the physiological benefits of HIIT?
  • How do you start a HIIT program at your club?
  • What is the ideal time and intensity for weekly HIIT sessions?
  • What other factors (nutrition, sleep, stress) influence the quality of HIIT training?
