(COSTA MESA, CA, June 20, 2019) – The MedFit Network (MFN), a professional membership organization for fitness, medical, and healthcare professionals, announced today that it has partnered with Personal Fitness Professional (PFP) to launch a new quarterly magazine, MedFit Professional. The first issue is now available both digitally and in hard copy (subscription).

MedFit Professional Magazine will provide detailed commentary from industry experts, covering not only business and development strategies for medical / fitness pros, but also scientific breakthroughs in extension of quality of life for those living with limitations of reparable disease.

“This project came to fruition as a reliable communication tool to unite those seeking elevation in the emerging medical fitness space.  By sharing education, ideas, innovations, trends, products and inspiring stories from those who are in it, the impact promises to be exponential,” said Lisa Dougherty, co-creator of the magazine and founder of the MedFit Network and the MedFit Education Foundation.

“PFP is excited to announce its partnership with MedFit Network and we look forward to publishing MedFit Professional Magazine three times in 2019 and 4 times in 2020, with a plan for continuous growth,” said Josh Vogt, Publisher of MedFit Professional and PFP. “We have been in full support of Lisa Dougherty’s mission since the initial announcement of her MedFit organization.  Together we’ll strive to form a powerful conduit between the medical community and therapeutic strategies that presently fall under the category of “fitness.”

MedFit Professional will be included for all current PFP digital and print subscriber and MFN members. New subscribers can sign up to receive a copy on the MedFit Professional website (medfitpromag.com)
