This new service umbrella will add a range of offerings, including physical therapy, laser therapy, cryotherapy, and IV therapy and injections to Fit Athletic Club’s host of wellness amenities. This program, led by Kevin Yanuskavich, Fit Athletic Therapy’s Vice President, is focused on prioritizing the physical recovery of Fit Athletic Club’s members along with outreach to non-members throughout the greater San Diego community.

- Physical Therapy – Available at all Fit Athletic Club locations, the Physical Therapy program focuses on injury prevention and movement enhancements and treats a multitude of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions to optimize performance and improve health. In addition to traditional physical therapy, Fit Athletic Therapy offers aquatic therapy, online video sessions and in-home/in-office physical therapy sessions with Fit Athletic Therapy’s experts that are Doctors of Physical Therapy with advanced training in sports and orthopedic conditions.
- Laser Light Therapy – Light Force® Pro Deep Tissue Therapy Laser technology is now available at all Fit Athletic Club locations. - Cryotherapy – Now available at Fit’s East Village location with plans to expand to all locations in the future, Fit Athletic Therapy cryotherapy chamber can ease muscle pain, alleviate joint and muscle disorders, as well as promote healing of athletic injuries or chronic conditions by exposing the body to extreme cold for short periods of time.
- IV Therapy and Injections – Available at all Fit Athletic Club locations, IV Therapy and injections feature several on-demand rejuvenation services, including vitamin IV drips and injections. IV therapy positively impacts immune function, energy levels, sleep habits and mood, and offers 100% absorption of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants, and nutrients.
