Mike Hills (CEA Chairman and TRP General Manager) said “It is my pleasure to welcome another four representatives of customer centric, experience focused health and fitness organizations onto the CEA board. I am very much looking forward to working with the new additions and seeing their contributions to the direction of the Academy as it grows and develops into the future.”

The CEA team are currently working hard in the background building out the eagerly anticipated report from their ‘Member Engagement in the Global Health and Fitness Industry’ survey conducted earlier in the year.

Hills added “We are really pleased with the data the survey has produced and would like to again thank everyone who took part and made this possible. There are some strong trends and very interesting findings and we are excited to get these presented in report format and shared with the industry for clubs to learn from.”

The report will initially be shared with those who took part in the survey with a public release via TRP's social media channels to follow in the weeks after.
