The Covery Looks to Build Upon a Successful 2022

Baton Rouge, LA – The Covery, a boutique Wellness Spa brand offering a diverse collection of non-invasive therapies that work to strengthen both the mind and the body – is gearing up for a busy year after rounding out 2022 with more new locations and brand partnerships. The brand opened 4 new spas throughout 2022 in addition to signing 9 deals for new locations across 8 states. The brand has no plans to slow down their growth as they start development on 45 locations with the anticipation of opening at least 15 more locations in the new year.

Part of The Covery’s growth in 2022 were new partnerships cultivated. The Covery is set to open a spa location inside The Houstonian in February of 2023 to bring restorative wellness to the Houston community. The brand has also partnered with MUV Brands to offer The Covery exclusive rights to the Northwest Region of the United States for licensing and franchising for MUV Well by The Covery (associated with health clubs) and standalone The Covery Clinics. This agreement includes Washington State, Idaho, Oregon, and Montana.

The Covery has proven their commitment to their franchisees in helping them to reach their own individual business goals within the brand. With four new spas opened and nine more franchises sold in 2022, it was a successful year all around as each franchise is projected to have made between $900K to $1M per location. The brand is excited to continue to expand into new markets in 2023.

The Covery started as an idea in early 2019 as a way to change with the fitness industry as it continually grows to embrace trends such as HIIT, Yoga, and Pilates programs. The Covery Wellness Spa recognized that recovering from these workouts was just as important as the actual workout itself. This concept quickly evolved from those who work out to everyone and the natural stresses in their daily lives.
