New York, NY – August 12, 2020 – ClassPass, the leading global fitness and wellness membership, today announced its first personal training offering through a partnership with Fyt, the nation's largest personal training service. ClassPass subscribers can now use credits to book 1-on-1 personal training sessions with Fyt’s portfolio of vetted and certified personal trainers. While the partnership will initially focus on livestreamed virtual personal training sessions, ClassPass plans to make in-person personal training options available in the future.

“ClassPass offers a variety of fitness and wellness options including in-person group classes, solo gym time, and on-demand workout videos. By offering personal training, we can connect people to the personalized coaching and guidance they're looking for with one membership.” said Kinsey Livingston, ClassPass VP of Partnerships. “We are thrilled to partner with Fyt, the largest personal training service in the country, to help ClassPass members tackle their individualized goals. This partnership is especially helpful for over 2,000 corporate partners that are looking to provide remote employees with ways to improve at-home wellness and self-care.”

Once booked, Fyt’s personal trainers will connect with ClassPass members ahead of their first session to virtually meet and discuss goals. ClassPass members will be able to book the same trainer to ensure consistency throughout their fitness journey, and trainers will tailor every workout to each client’s personal needs and at-home equipment. Personal training will offer members increased accountability in their workouts, and a supportive instructor to help them maximize their effort.

“We’re proud to be the first to bring personal training to the ClassPass marketplace,” said David Hung, CEO and co-founder of Fyt. “With the landscape of how and where people are working out changing each day, we recognize our customized personal training services are more in-demand than ever. We are excited to partner with ClassPass to make personal training more accessible to its members around the country.”
