Chelsea Piers Fitness (CPF) has signed a long-term lease to anchor a new residential tower at 24-11 Jackson Avenue, in Long Island City’s Court Square submarket. The fitness club will be 72,000 square feet and represents the Chelsea Piers Fitness brand’s seventh location in the New York City Metro, tri-state area. 24-11 Jackson Avenue is being developed by Tavros and Charney Companies, in partnership with Incoco Capital, LLC.
Represented by JLL, Chelsea Piers Fitness will create a "premier, best-in-class" fitness club; initial plans include a spacious member lounge and workspace, indoor pool, outdoor pool and sundeck, indoor basketball court, indoor track, luxury locker rooms, group fitness studios including cycling and heated / non-heated yoga, extensive cardio and weight training equipment, as well as large functional and athletic training spaces.

Situated on the northeast corner of Jackson Avenue and 23rd Street at the main entrance of the Court Square subway station, 24-11 Jackson Avenue will be a 55-story mixed-use tower with approximately 600 apartments and 80,000 square feet of commercial space.
