Industry leading brands collaborate to extend the reach of Aktiv’s Functional Training Ecosystem®
March 21, 2018 - Santa Monica, Calif. – Aktiv, known for its design and solution-based approach to building dynamic training spaces, will demonstrate several new partnership integrations with industry leading suppliers at the 37th Annual IHRSA International Convention and Trade Show March 22-23rd in San Diego, CA.
Each of the new collaborations leverage Aktiv’s ongoing commitment to technological integration and a socially engaging exercise experience. “We’re thrilled to team with these fitness innovators towards the enrichment of the increasingly dynamic training environments of our industry” shared Bryan Green, Aktiv’s Founder & CEO “Our shared values all center around the user experience. As consumer demand continues to push operators towards biometric measurement; the inclusion of non-motorized cardio equipment, smart rigging, and deep accessory supply round out the tools of the trade for fun and functional workouts. “Partnering with Aktiv is a natural fit for Myzone” said its President Emmett Williams. “Our system is specifically designed to leverage the freedom of the tailored training spaces Aktiv designs for. Aktiv, as part of its functional design process, will embed MyZone panels within the bays of its Gym Rax smart rigging systems. A Gym Rax optional Training Hub will also help store and support the registration and deployment of MyZone heart rate belts prior to group training sessions.
Additionally, Aktiv will work closely with both WaterRower and Trueform to integrate their first in class HIIT equipment into its tailor designed training spaces. “We could not have identified two more highly regarded partners and specialists within the categories of running and rowing” said Green. “Each of these products are made in the United States and offer attention to quality and biomechanics that are simply unrivaled.
