What ACE Has to Say about Its Booth

Keep your members coming back with a competent and enthusiastic staff that offer comprehensive personal training and group programming options and an exceptional customer experience. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) developed the Club Partnership Program to help fitness club owners and managers accomplish this goal, ultimately enhancing member service, retention and revenue.

As a participant in the ACE Club Partnership Program, your staff members receive fitness service training, assessment tools, professional development resources and career planning materials. They also receive discounts on ACE certification exam study materials and registration fees for all four of ACE’s NCCA-accredited certifications. Additionally, as a benefit of this program ACE will conduct a facility needs analysis. This valuable study reviews your current staffing model and assists you in identifying the professional development needs of your staff to ensure you’re in a position to meet your business goals and provide the level of support you desire for your members.

About American Council on Exercise: ACE is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the benefits of physical activity and protecting consumers against unsafe and ineffective fitness products and instructors through NCCA-accredited fitness certification programs, continuing education and university research studies.
