Life Time to Open Residential Communities in Miami, Dallas and Las Vegas Starting in 2020

Life Time, Chanhassen, Minnesota, is further expanding its brand portfolio with Life Time Living, a residential property business that will launch in select cities in 2020.

Life Time Living communities will debut in Dallas, Miami and Las Vegas and are intended to "present a complete reimagination of where and how we live," Life Time founder Bahram Akradi said in a May 20 media release.

Each Life Time Living community will be built in a popular urban neighborhood with abundant access to restaurants, shopping and transportation options, while also featuring a full-service Life Time Athletic Resort & Spa, LifeCafe and, in select locations, Life Time Work space. Residences will feature one- or two-bedroom layouts. Residents will also receive Diamond-level access to all of Life Time's 140-plus locations across North America.

"Living an active, healthy and happy lifestyle is dependent upon many factors," Akradi said in the release. "Among them is the critical element of where we choose to live. By integrating where we live, work and play in these Life Time Village developments, we're creating far more time efficiency for members in their day-to-day lives while also having a positive impact on our planet. The design truly is a natural extension of our mission to inspire people to live completely healthy, happy lives."

Life Time Living at Coral Gables, Coral Gables, Florida, opening in mid-2020, will feature 358 residences, a 90,000-square-foot Life Time Athletic club and a 25,000-square-foot Life Time Work.

Life Time Living Green Valley, Henderson, Nevada, opening in late 2020, will feature 148 residences and a 200,000-square-foot Life Time Athletic club.
