IHRSA 2023 Welcomes the Fitness Industry to San Diego Next Week

IHRSA 2023, a convention and trade show for commercial health club and studio operators, is set for March 20-22 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego with the expectation of 6,000 attendees from around the world, according to IHRSA.

In addition to visiting the 300 suppliers on the exhibit hall floor, attendees can also participate in education sessions offered by about 100 speakers and hear the three keynote speakers.

The first-day keynoter will be Robyn Benincasa, who is an adventure racer, San Diego firefighter and a New York Times best-selling author. She will speak on building world-class teams. Another New York Times best-selling author, Robert J. O’Neill, who is also a former Navy SEAL, will offer the second-day keynote entitled "The Way Forward: Master Life's Toughest Battles and Create Your Lasting Legacy." On the third day, author and change consultant, Cassandra Worthy, will give the keynote, "Master the Chemistry of Change."

Also on tap are networking opportunities (including the opening night reception on March 20), group fitness classes, product demonstrations, policy and training briefings and meetings for partners such as the Global Health & Fitness Alliance and IHRSA Foundation. Special events for supporters of the IHRSA Political Action Committee, and association Premium members are also on the agenda.

“No other event in the health and fitness industry unites more people from more corners of the world than IHRSA’s Convention & Trade Show,” IHRSA President and CEO Liz Clark said. “From the latest innovations and training tools, to new equipment inventions and networking opportunities, IHRSA 2023 brings it all together under one roof.”
