Club Industry’s CEO Summit Enlists Blair McHaney, Al Noshirvani

In its 10th year, Club Industry’s CEO Summit will be chaired by Blair McHaney, president and CEO of MXM and president of Confluence Fitness Partners, as well as Al Noshirvani, co-founder and chairman of Motionsoft and owner of World Gym clubs in Maryland and Virginia.

As president of Confluence Fitness Partners, Inc., McHaney owns two Worx health clubs in central Washington state. Noshirvani has 25 years of experience in software sales and business development and has been a club operator since 2017.

In their roles, the two are helping to develop the topics and choose the speakers for the event, which will occur in conjunction with the Club Industry Executive Summit Nov. 8-10 at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center. The theme of the event is Delivering On and Beyond Today’s Customer Expectations.

The CEO Summit is an invitation-only event for the largest revenue-generating health club operators in North America. To be considered, a company must generate at least $5 million for single club operators or at least $10 million for multi-club operators. Owners, CEOs and other C-suite executives at qualifying companies who have not received an invitation to the event can request an invitation by emailing Pamela Kufahl at [email protected].

Those who do not qualify for the CEO Summit are invited to register for the Club Industry Executive Summit in the Club and Studio track, which is chaired by Allison Flatley of Allison Flatley Consulting.

More details on the agenda and speakers will be announced by the end of August.
