Arch Amenities Group has acquired Hutchinson Consulting for an undisclosed amount, according to an announcement from Arch Amenities Group, Rockville, Maryland.
Arch Amenities provides wellness, amenity and meeting services for fitness centers, commercial and residential properties, hotels and private clubs. It was formed as a combination of WTS International and LifeStart, a corporate fitness and amenity management services provider for more than 100 corporate fitness centers that WTS International purchased, and then in December 2021, WTS purchased Meet Hospitality Services LLC, which provides design and management services for meeting, conference and amenity centers in New York City.
Hutchinson Consulting provides management-level recruiting services to the hospitality, wellness and estate management industries, including design and development of spas and wellness centers.
Arch Amenities Group has completed several acquisitions this year. In May, the company acquired Synergy Fitness Group, a fitness management company with 26 facilities in the mid-Atlantic region.
In August, the company acquired NYS Pool Management, a pool construction and management company, and in September, it purchased three companies in the spa space: Innovative Spa Management, Privai and Spa Space
Hutchinson is one of the “most notable” brands in the wellness space, according to Barry Goldstein, Arch Amenities Group chief executive officer, who called the acquisition a “huge win” for Arch Amenities and its customers.
“With Hutchinson, we evolve our ability to recruit the best possible candidates, leading to growth and success for our valued clients,” he said. Hutchinson’s principal partners, Michael G. Tompkins and Carol Stratford, will join Arch’s executive leadership team. Tompkins will serve as managing director of recruiting services. Stratford will serve as managing director of wellness consulting. Hutchinson’s entire recruiting team will join Arch as part of the acquisition.
