Adam Zeitsiff Takes on Role at LA Fitness

Adam Zeitsiff, the former CEO of Gold’s Gym and most recently the former president of Stronger U Nutrition (a Self Esteem Brand), is now deputy chief information officer for LA Fitness, he announced on LinkedIn on May 15.

He wrote on his LinkedIn page: “I couldn’t be more excited to be joining the largest privately-owned fitness brand in North America. Over the last 4 decades LA Fitness has not only become one of the most highly respected brands in #fitness, they are also one of the most #innovative companies in the industry and have led the way in providing tremendous value and variety of full service offerings to #members.”

LA Fitness is a family-owned business and rarely shares information about hirings, but Zeitsiff shared he’ll be helping the company’s three brands — LA Fitness, Esporta Fitness and Club Studio — develop their fitness technology and innovations.

In addition to his roles as president and CEO of Gold’s Gym from 2019 to 2020 and as president of Stronger U Nutrition from 2022 to 2023, Zeitsiff also has served as president and CEO of Intelivideo, chief information officer of Smoothie King, president of Jonas Fitness, and president and CEO of EZFacility.

Currently, he also serves as a board member for the National Health and Fitness Alliance, which was created by IHRSA to help with advocacy, fundraising and lobbying efforts on behalf of the U.S. health and fitness industry.
