Helsinki, Finland — Precor's parent company, AmerSports of Helsinki, Finland, says that unless market conditions turn around significantly through the end of this year, the company's 2009 revenue could be lower than its 2008 revenue, according to a release from the company. AmerSports, which will announce its second quarter results next month, said recently that its profitability for the year has been affected by the challenging market conditions, noting that those conditions were particularly difficult in the United States.
