Six Hot Training Trends for 2015

Club Industry has asked industry professionals to weigh in on which trends might translate into profitable programming choices in 2015. Many of these predictions correspond to the predicted top fitness trends noted in the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) annual fitness forecast survey.

Everyone wants to keep up with the hottest trends in the fitness industry, hoping it will give them a competitive edge and help them bring in revenue. Unfortunately, hot trends don't always stay hot for long and don't always turn a profit, but that doesn't stop people from offering their predictions.
