Life Time, Chanhassen, Minnesota, is debuting new Life Time Living residential communities in Miami, Las Vegas and Dallas starting in 2020.

Life Time founder Bahram Akradi, who launched a shared workplace concept last year, has said he envisions Life Time Living communities as places where people can fluidly develop a truly active lifestyle.

Life Time Living at Coral Gables in Coral Gables, Florida, will open in mid-2020, while Life Time Living Green Valley in Henderson, Nevada, will open in late 2020 and Life Time Living Dallas Midtown will open in Dallas in 2022. Each community will feature a full-service Life Time Athletic Resort & Spa, LifeCafe and, in select locations, Life Time Work space. Residences will feature one- or two-bedroom layouts.
