Customer reviews are a hugely important factor in the health and fitness industry. With Internet sources and word-of-mouth being top referral sources and another means of advertising, the potential for exposure is exponential. Research has shown that 61 percent of customers read online reviews before making a purchasing decision, and 63 percent of customers are more likely to make a purchase from a site that has user reviews.
