Operator of Hawthorn Sport & Spa in Chapter 11, Evicted from Club

The landlord for the Hawthorn Sport & Spa in Hillsboro, OR, has evicted the club's operator, Allstate Financial Group, and locked the doors after a judge ruled the eviction could proceed even as Allstate reorganizes in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. The landlord, DW Sivers Co., barred the doors on Friday, soon after the judgment was received.
