Ohio Owner Indicted for Trafficking Steroids, Marijuana

BATAVIA, OH -- An Ohio club owner has been indicted on multiple drug charges, including manufacturing and trafficking steroids and marijuana.

Authorities indicted Jeff Storch, owner and manager of Bodyworx Fitness 24/7 in Batavia, OH, last Wednesday after they recovered evidence at his house after getting a search warrant. The evidence included firearms, currency, a marijuana-growing operation, five pounds of marijuana, anabolic steroids and steroid-producing compounds, according to multiple media reports.

Storch declined to comment to Cincinnati TV station FOX 19 the following day. His attorney, however, told the station that Storch never sold performance-enhancing drugs out of the club and that the charges are baseless.

The investigation that led to the indictments began in May, the station reported.
