New Snap Fitness Paint Scheme for NASCAR Race Features Club Owners, Trainers and Members

NASCAR driver Landon Cassill's car will feature thousands of photos of club owners, personal trainers and members.

Snap Fitness, Chanhassen, Minnesota, is giving Landon Cassill's No. 40 car a makeover for NASCAR's Coca-Cola 600 race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway on Sunday.

His car will take on the look of an American flag for Memorial Day weekend and will feature thousands of photos of Snap Fitness club owners, personal trainers and members.

Last June, Snap Fitness announced it would sponsor Cassill's car in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. Cassill is a fitness enthusiast who regularly competes in triathlons. Immediately after the Coca-Cola 600 race is over, he will run 14 miles from the Charlotte Motor Speedway to the NASCAR Hall of Fame, which is also in Charlotte, North Carolina.

"I'm honored to have the opportunity to combine my passion for running with encouraging others to embrace a healthy lifestyle while recognizing those who have dedicated their lives to protecting our country," Cassill said in a statement. "My goal with this post-race run is to motivate the sport’s fan base to get up and make fitness a priority this summer."

Memorial Day also marks the beginning of the Snap Fitness Snap Serves summer campaign. For every 30-day trial pass purchased between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Snap Fitness said it will donate $1 to Folds of Honor, a foundation providing scholarships to families of soldiers killed or disabled in active duty.
