Entertainment Systems and Elliptical Equipment
There are two factors in the fitness industry helping to make your members' cardio workouts a little more enjoyable. The first is obviously entertainment systems and the second is ellipticals.
If your members - who are typically pressed for time - can watch their favorite TV show, surf the Web or listen to music, it helps pass the time more quickly and allows them to do two things at once. If you don't offer members these options, you may find them looking for a facility that does.
Elliptical equipment, one of the hottest pieces of cardio equipment on the market, accommodates users of all abilities by offering a kinder, gentler workout. If you don't have ellipticals, go to a club that does and look at the waiting lines.
The following is just a sampling of some of the equipment available.
