TRP (formerly known as The Retention People) are set to launch their latest research into health and fitness member experience and loyalty with a free online session on Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017.

In the latest installment of their ongoing research into the relationship between member behavior, characteristics, experience and retention conducted in partnership with esteemed academic, Dr Melvyn Hillsdon, the customer experience management software provider has explored how the different forms of communication received from their clubs by specific member groups (gender, length of membership, visit frequency and age) affect loyalty, as measured by NPS®.

“Having previously shown the relationship between being a positive club Promoter and increased retention, we wanted to take this opportunity to dive in further to see what aspects that operators control could be used to increase the number of Promoters on their books and therefore boost length of stay and revenue from membership dues. The results are fascinating and really show the power of communication in the success of your club. We’ve packed the report with some great practical takeaways that you can implement in the day-to-day running of your facility.” Dr Melvyn Hillsdon, TRP 10,000™ Researcher and Associate Professor, Sport and Health Sciences at University of Exeter, UK
