Staenberg Loup Jewish Community Center Hires Lance Smith as Senior Fitness Manager of Fitness & Wellness Center

DENVER, Colo., January 10, 2017 – The Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center (JCC Denver) has hired Lance Smith as the senior fitness manager at the Fitness & Wellness Center. As the new senior fitness manager, Smith will develop and lead the personal training program and team. He will be instituting standardizations into the training program and will be responsible for helping to drive sales and growth. He will also serve as a personal trainer and will assist with developing fitness programming and improving the quality of services available at the JCC Denver.

“Lance is a great addition to our team and brings with him relevant experience from the JCC in Indianapolis,” said Mark Siebert, JCC Denver’s director of fitness and membership. “We look forward to seeing Lance’s efforts to enhance personal training at the JCC to better serve the needs of our members and of the community.”

Prior to joining the Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center, Smith was the fitness services and operations manager at the Indianapolis Jewish Community Center supervising the fitness center staff and overseeing the fitness facility. Smith has a Bachelor of Science in exercise and health science from Butler University.

The Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center Fitness & Wellness Center offers a 10,000 square foot facility complete with personal trainers, instructors and a plethora of classes for the community as well as sports leagues and an aquatics center with indoor and outdoor pools. The Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center is located at 350 S.
