GREENSBORO, N.C. (November 17, 2017) – Management at Friendly Center today announced that North-Carolina-based O2 Fitness Clubs will open its first Greensboro area location at Friendly Center. The 27,000-square-foot club is set to open in fall 2018 and will be a stand-alone location at the intersection of Northline Avenue and Pembroke Road, across from Whole Foods.
“O2 Fitness further demonstrates our commitment to offer the Greensboro community a unique collection of local and regional brands as well as nationally known favorites,” said Brad Rogers, General Manager. “This is the first and only fitness center at Friendly Center and we’re excited to celebrate its opening later next year.”
O2 Fitness started in 2002 in Raleigh and has since grown to 29 locations throughout North and South Carolina. This Greensboro location will feature luxurious locker rooms, multiple group exercise studios including separate cycling and yoga studios, a large functional training turf area for customized workouts and industry leading cardio and strength exercise equipment.
