OCONOMOWOC, Wisc. – Jan. 19, 2021 – Capitalizing on the fresh start of a new year, Max Fitness is inviting exercisers on a journey to better health and fitness at its Southeast U.S. facilities. A valuable part of that journey is its exhilarating PUSH Zone workouts, which recently were equipped with FITBENCH STUDIO units in Columbus and Warner Robins, Georgia; Auburn, Alabama; and Panama City, Florida.

In great demand, the science-based PUSH Zone workouts accommodate every fitness level and are designed to generate results and eliminate plateaus. In the 60-minute sweat fests, instructors lead participants, who wear heart rate monitors, through multiple intervals of exercises in five heart rate training zones.

“PUSH was created to bring the boutique experience into health clubs – to help attract and retain more members,” explains Charlie Lindsey, co-founder of Max Fitness with Justin Kanawyer. “Participants are challenged to exert themselves in the ideal heart rate zones to achieve maximum caloric burn.”

Plus, thanks to the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), exercisers can experience greater caloric expenditure for up to 36 hours after workouts.

Exertion is commanded through a variety of equipment and accessories, including treadmills, rowing machines, fan bikes, TRX suspension systems, and 10 new FITBENCH STUDIO units, which house four sets of rubber-hexagon dumbbells (10, 15, 20, and 25 pounds), one 12-pound slam ball, and three sets of FITBANDS.

“The FITBENCH delivers an organized, versatile system, which has helped us streamline our approach to programming,” says Lindsey. “It has opened up a multitude of additional exercises, providing a new level of motivation for participants.”

Because the FITBENCH serves as a self-contained station for each exerciser, it not only saves space, but also accommodates COVID-era concerns about physical distancing and not sharing equipment during the daily workouts.

“We’re always trying to show our members that we appreciate them, and one way to do that is by offering new, effective tools like FITBENCH,” Lindsey adds. “Members and staff love the design and look, the functionality, and the efficiency. Really, all health clubs should have the FITBENCH because it’s the best out there; not to mention, it’s cool as hell!”
