The New Partnership Enables Equipment Reporting to the Woven Connected Platform

COTTAGE GROVE, Wis. (November 23, 2021) — Matrix Fitness, the world’s fastest-growing commercial fitness brand, today announced an integration partnership with Woven, the workplace management platform for multi-unit operators. The new partnership enables equipment reporting from any connected Matrix Fitness equipment into Woven’s asset and maintenance suite. The cloud-based integration was effective as of November 1, 2021 to all existing and new Matrix customers by purchasing and subscribing to the Woven platform and then simply configuring their machines on site.

“At Matrix, our approach to technology is centered around meeting our customers where they are by ensuring that our products connect seamlessly with their existing technology ecosystem,” says Matt McConley, Digital Product Manager for Johnson Health Tech. “Our partnership with Woven reinforces our commitment to this philosophy. By integrating with Woven, commercial facilities can access industry-leading insights and analytics that are fueled by Matrix equipment data.”

The Woven platform collects data from connected cardio equipment across multiple brands to create a 360-degree view of equipment usage. Facility operators can track usage of equipment, access equipment’s service history, schedule maintenance and view warranties across multiple facilities to make informed decisions for their business. Woven also helps streamline operational and employee management to increase productivity and accountability while driving operational consistency.

“We are excited to be able to further support our gym and fitness customers through our integration with Matrix. With this data from Matrix, Woven will be able to trigger maintenance alerts through usage data versus maintenance alerts based on time,” said Matt Goebel, founder of Woven. “This integration saves Woven customers time and money by ensuring only equipment that requires maintenance is serviced in a timely manner.”

Woven is available in the United States and Canada and is compatible with all Wi-Fi-enabled Matrix cardio consoles. No additional hardware is necessary.
