PHOENIX, Ariz. (December 2022) – The International Sports Sciences Association is proud to announce that the company ranked within the top twenty Best Places to Work in 2022 by the Phoenix Business Journal.

This prestigious recognition acknowledges companies with excellent morale, engagement, and retention and is based on input from the employees themselves.

“This award goes to the people of ISSA who together, make up our supportive and connected culture,” said CEO Andrew Wyant. “Our team works to lift each other during challenging times, and celebrate each other's wins, and this is a big win.”

The Phoenix Business Journal's long-running Best Places to Work Awards program highlights forward-thinking employers in the Valley. This year, a record number of small and large businesses and organizations submitted nominations for the program.

PBJ partnered with Quantum Workplace, which independently evaluated the nominees. After companies applied for this program, Quantum conducted surveys of their local employees and scored each employer based on those responses to come up with this year's 100 honorees.

Employees evaluate the company in the areas of team effectiveness, alignment with goals, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders and more. Companies involved receive a detailed survey report offering valuable feedback to measure progress in employee satisfaction.

“This acknowledgement means so much because it comes directly from our team”, said ISSA CEO Andrew Wyant. “I’m incredibly proud to be part of this organization – that puts employee satisfaction and growth above all else - and this recognition validates that.”
