For thousands of years, Ancient Master Yogis professed their knowledge of keeping the mind and body in balance with the cosmos, through deep meditation in motion. This introduces greater positive energy, raised happiness, and promotes a complete and balanced healthy condition. They explained and taught that the rhythms of your body and the universe are in harmony, and that breathing is connected to the earth’s rotation. A healthy and rested person takes 15 breaths a minute. For every breath you take, the earth rotates one minute of longitude. Master Yogis attain that this positions your body into a superiorly equalized physical and mental state. Yoga practice consists of many healthy values that are favorably advantageous.

The physical and mental benefits have been known to ease symptoms associated with osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome and low-back pain, improve cardiovascular health, hypertension, chronic sinusitis, peptic ulcer, gastritis, bronchial asthma and migraine headaches, stress and anxiety, emotional and sleep disorders, focus and depression, among others. These ailments are common and likely reasons why people look for alternative health care.  

 It is proven that good physical and mental health improve the overall state of existence. Honor Master Yogis introduce this discipline, and emphasize the importance of better physiology and psychology and the positive effects they have on overall health. It is absolutely imperative to increase and maintain positivity.  A healthy positive mind is a happy mind, and a positive physically-fit body is a healthy happy body. We are offering free classes Tuesday mornings at 8 AM and Thursday evenings at 6 PM.
