Fitness Pro Shannon Fable Appointed FIT4MOM’s New Vice President, Fitness Programming

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (January 9, 2018) -- FIT4MOM, the nation’s leading company for pre-and-postnatal health, wellness, and fitness programs for every stage of motherhood, today announced the appointment of 20-year health and wellness leader Shannon Fable as its new Vice President, Fitness Programming. Fable will oversee all aspects of FIT4MOM’S fitness programming and manage the fitness team.  Based in Boulder, Colo., Fable will report to CEO Ash Robinson.

Previously hired as a consultant, Fable completely revamped FIT4MOM’s training and education curriculum to meet top-level fitness industry standards and played a key role in launching an online training program, enabling FIT4MOM to train new instructors and franchisees across the country more efficiently and expand its network of locations.

A premier business and program developer for the wellness industry, Fable has presented and educated in six continents on group fitness, personal training, management, business development and productivity. Named the 2013 IDEA and 2006 ACE Instructor of the Year, Fable has worked with top brands including Anytime Fitness, Schwinn®, Power Systems, ACE, Silver Sneakers, and BOSU®. She founded the consulting firm Sunshine Fitness Resources, expanded and owned the ballet conditioning program Balletone®, and also co-created GroupEx Pro®, a revolutionary software designed to streamline and operationalize the management and marketing of group fitness programs for health clubs. She is a member of ACE's Board of Directors, for which she serves as Vice Chair of the Board, chairs the Industry Advisory Panel and is a member of the Compensation Committee. Fable also carves out time to write, mentor, and has starred in over 25 fitness and management related DVDs. Fable is a certified ACE personal trainer and group fitness & health coach, and an AFAA group fitness instructor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from the University of Florida, with a minor in communications studies.
