Crunch Fitness Announces New Workout Series to Celebrate 30th Anniversary Of Men’s Health

New York, NY (October 30, 2018) – Men’s Health, the largest men’s magazine brand in the world, and Crunch Fitness today announced a partnership in honor of the magazine’s 30th anniversary. On November 1st, Crunch Fitness will debut a new workout class called “30 in 30 Powered by Men’s Health” at more than 30 Crunch Signature Club locations across the country.

The class, designed by Crunch Franchise VP of Group Fitness Jennifer Renfroe and verified by Men’s Health editors, will be a 30-minute HIIT-style session incorporating strength exercises, plyometric power moves and agility drills. “30 in 30 Powered by Men’s Health” will be offered at select Crunch locations free of charge for members and first-time guests who download a free guest pass at www.crunch.com.

The November 30th Anniversary issue of Men’s Health, on sale since October 16th, features three special covers: Arnold Schwarzenegger at age 30 and the height of his body-building career; Magic Johnson at age 30 during his last NBA final; and Pat Tillman, professional football star turned enlisted Army Ranger. The special issue also contains features on 30 men and women who revolutionized health, fitness and wellness over the past 30 years.
