ClubIntel recently issued its fourth annual 2018 International Fitness Industry Trend Report—What's All the Rage? The report explores 105 industry trends across four major categories: equipment, facilites, programming and technology. The report is based on the responses of 1,374 club operators from 19,000 facilities across the globe.

The report highlights numerous 2018 tech trends and findings, including that, globally, American club operators are least likely to adopt business-enhancing technologies. This gallery highlights which global region and club types were the lead adopters of each assessed trend, such as online advertising, social media use and digital payment services.
