The Fitness Caddy® holds a variety of bottles up to 1.5 liters and includes a 2 ¼-inch metal ring to hold a towel. A pleated deep front pocket with flapped Velcro closure holds a membership card, driver's license and money. The pleated back pouch is roomy enough to hold both a cell phone and glasses. A 54-inch adjustable strap can be worn over the shoulder or sling style and fits a man, woman or child. Core Training
The Core Pilot is a piece of core conditioning equipment that draws on the principles of Pilates and physiotherapy. Its central alloy beam, on which a sliding platform travels, is set against variable resistances and levels of integral stability. The platform's stability can be adjusted via a rotating disc mechanism, encouraging exercisers to engage their core musculature to maintain balance and stability. Suspension Training
The TRX Suspension Trainer allows a user to work in a suspended position against gravity using body weight as resistance. Basically an industrial-grade harness of soft nylon webbing, the TRX allows users to safely suspend their bodies in a variety of positions and to adjust resistance from five percent to 100 percent of their body weight. This variability of resistance levels allows users of all abilities to create a total-body workout. All that is required is an anchor point sturdy enough to support an individual's body weight, such as a door, crossbar or even a tree limb.
