Functional Trainer

Stairclimber
The Everclimb stairclimbing machine is designed to exercise the upper and lower body simultaneously with aerobic and muscular training for a total fitness workout. It features a natural climbing motion using a stroke up to 16 inches. According to the manufacturer, it is easy to use so the user can concentrate totally on the workout. Portable Climber
The Treadwall is a non-motorized, self-paced, rotating climbing wall that moves under body weight alone. According to Brewer’s Ledge, it provides a realistic rock climb of any length on more than 30 routes and at more than 40 angles. Because of the moveable holds and angle adjustments, which offer different challenges on every climb, people of all ages and abilities can use the Treadwall. Stretcher
OPTP’s portable latex-free Hamstring Stretcher allows users to independently control their ROM. The adjustable line tightener in the handle allows the user to gradually tighten the line as the stretch is increased. At the maximum stretch position, the line tightening feature allows for contract-relax or hold-relax inhibition techniques to further facilitate additional ROM stretching. Climbing wall

Calf Machine

MedX selectorized seated calf machine exercises the calves while seated. This eliminates vertical spine compression which can occur with standing units. A seated version also can allow for both straight-leg and bent-leg execution of the exercise. The straight-leg exercise works the gastrocnemius and the bent-leg works the soleus muscle.
