Both Life Time Athletic Ardmore and Life Time Work opened on April 27 in Ardmore's Suburban Square area, with the former serving as the brand's new flagship club in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

"The Philadelphia market and Suburban Square were the ideal location for us to introduce Life Time Work to the world with its proven growth and dynamic business and entrepreneurial community," Life Time Work President James O'Reilly said in an April 26 media release . "Life Time Work will offer an experience that truly champions the pursuit of a fulfilling and healthy worklife."

Members of Life Time Work receive full membership to Life Time Athletic Ardmore, so that they have "all of the tools and amenities needed to work remotely," according to the release.

Life Time Work was "thoughtfully designed for a variety of needs and appointments that promote comfort, collaboration and productivity," the release stated. Life Time called the space "a high-end, flexible and turnkey office environment for the busy professional."

A grand opening celebration was held at Life Time Work and the health club on April 26, featuring tours, demonstrations, food and entertainment.
