A weekday afternoon strength class was ClassPass' most popular fitness activity of 2018, according to data recently released by the New York-based health club subscription service company.
In 2018, ClassPass was adopted by more than 6,000 new club businesses, and American ClassPass users tallied 1,090 years, seven months, two weeks and four days of combined fitness class time. ClassPass analyzed this year-end user data to determine which cities typically favored strength training over cycling, for example, or which cities favored lunch workouts versus morning workouts.
