WAUKESHA, WI, September 26, 2017 – WOODWAY USA, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of treadmills and other health, fitness, and rehabilitation equipment, announced today that a federal Connecticut court ruled that the TrueForm Runner treadmill sold by Samsara Fitness, LLC infringes WOODWAY’s patent, U.S. Patent No. 9,039,580.

The case is ongoing and WOODWAY is seeking an order from the Court enjoining Samsara Fitness from selling the TrueForm Runner treadmill along with monetary damages, among other things.
