[Boston, MA, November 7, 2019] — The SCW Women’s Business Leadership Summit can best be summed up in three words: Inspiration, Innovation and Exploration. This full-day leadership
workshop, sponsored by the Women in Fitness Association (WIFA), is custom tailored towards fitness-focused-females looking to advance their careers with the aid of successful fitness industry leaders.  The Summit presenters share their unique female perspectives and success strategies to overcome obstacles blocking your full potential.

These like-minded women gather with both experienced and novice owners, directors, managers, trainers and teachers alike to explore proven strategies and successful practices for career advancement, program profitability, club success and personal fulfillment. They also learn how to establish attainable goals toward financial security and self-fulfillment while expanding their skills and minds by exploring social media, facility service and sales, program selection, management solutions, technology options and more.

Participants share, connect, network and enjoy an amazing educational day with fellow female fitness leaders from independent health clubs, boutique studios and local YMCAs.  They gain invaluable perspectives that will change lives on both a personal and career level.

The next SCW Women’s Business Leadership Summit will be held in Boston on Thursday, December 12 from 8:30am-5:00pm at the Westin Boston Waterfront. Attendees will focus on key points from the best female executive leaders available, Sara Kooperman, JD, Nathalie Lacombe, MS, Ann Gilbert, Jenn Hogg & Erin Kelly.
