SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ (Oct. 12, 2018) – Reformed Pilates, one of Arizona’s most popular Pilates studios, is opening its newest location on Nov. 3 at 15435 N. Scottsdale Rd. #250 in The Shops at Zocallo across the street from Scottsdale Quarter.

Founded in 2013 by brother and sister team Peter and Laura Morgan, Reformed Pilates’ new location will be their fifth in the Valley, with their sixth studio coming early next year to McCormick Ranch. The duo has their eye on opening four more studios over the next two years.

“We are proud to expand our presence into such a desirable location. So many of our clients live or frequent this area, but have to travel to work out at one of our other studios. We’re pleased to offer a more convenient option for them, as well as expand our footprint in the Valley,” says Laura Morgan.

Reformed Pilates uses reformers, which are mobile carriages held by tension springs and can be increased or decreased depending upon the desired intensity. Unlike other reformer Pilates studios, Reformed Pilates fuses the classical elements of Pilates including balance, flexibility and core strength with interval training to provide clients of all ability levels with a full body workout.

The new studio will open on Saturday, Nov. 3 and the hours will be 6 – 11 a.m. and 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. Those interested in trying the studio can purchase discounted grand opening memberships and class packages for a limited time.

In celebration of the new opening, Reformed Pilates will be hosting ‘Pilates for Presents’ in partnership with Phoenix Children’s Hospital on Saturday, Nov. 17. at Scottsdale Quarter. The mat Pilates class will be taught by two Reformed instructors in The Quad and will be free and open to the public. With the holidays quickly approaching, Reformed encourages guests to donate gifts that will benefit children in need. The studio also will be giving away class packages, swag and more, and will provide food and beverages from Press Coffee after the Pilates session. Event registration will be available online beginning Oct. 12 and in-person beginning at 8 a.m. on Nov. 17. Please contact or (602) 466-2819 for more information.
