Clive Ormerod, formerly Chief Marketing Officer, has been named Chief Executive Officer for Les Mills International. Part of the Senior Leadership Team since early 2018, Clive has been instrumental in creating a world-leading global marketing team while also driving growth and innovation across the business.
Prior to joining Les Mills, Clive spent several years at Spark, New Zealand’s leading telecommunications provider, establishing key partnerships and growing commercial and brand performance. Clive also previously held a number of key senior roles during his seven years at Nike, where he was responsible for retail, brand communications, digital marketing and consumer experience. Clive will steer the wider company and focus on growing its global presence.
Sean Turner, new Chief Executive Officer of Les Mills US, joins the Les Mills family from one of our key partners in Europe, Holmes Place. With his previous roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Digital Officer of the Holmes Place Group, co-founder/ CEO of the EVO Fitness brand, and founder of boutique soft skills development company, Odyssey Network, Sean brings exceptional industry and developmental experience to LMUS. His extensive background leading digital transformation, operations as well as sales and marketing teams in the fitness industry will be invaluable as he heads up the Les Mills US team.
James Graham, originally from Auckland, joins the LMUS team as Chief Operating Officer. Since 2013, James has led a number of initiatives for Les Mills International, most recently leading the Commercial Team with a focus on partnerships and supporting new product development across the business.
Prior to Les Mills, James worked as a commercial lawyer in New Zealand and Dubai. James provides the LMUS team with significant commercial and operational insights focused on improving each LMUS customer's experience.
