Chicagoland-Based Capital Fitness Slated to Open Their 40th Gym in Addison, IL, in Early 2019.

Capital Fitness, d/b/a, XSport Fitness, Big Rock, Illinois, continues to grow its brand throughout the Chicagoland area, opening up a new gym at 1421 West Lake Street, Addison, IL.  This new facility is on target to open February 1, 2019. XSport Fitness facilities are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for the members’ convenience. 

The newest XSport Fitness location in Addison, a full service club, will feature over 200 pieces of state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment with personal viewing screens, selectorized and strength training machines, extensive free-weight area, a dedicated Group Training Studio featuring the heartrate-based

X-IT Interval Training program, as well as one-on-one Personal Training.  Rounding out the XSport experience, this gym will also offer a basketball court, lap pool, Child’s Play Area and Recovery Services including Infrared Sauna, hydration and fitness pods and HydroMassage® beds.  The innovative fitness chain will be introducing Cryotherapy services into their newest location as well.  An in-club retail store adds convenient access to supplements, workout apparel and fitness accessories.

XSport Fitness continues to expand and upgrade facilities such as the Bolingbrook and Barrington locations, doubling their square footage while adding innovative equipment, technology and programs, for the Members’ benefit.
