(Danvers, MA) – Best Fitness opened a revolutionary new concept in fitness that includes several class studios within a state-of-the-art gym setting at the Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers, MA.
The newest Best Fitness location will include a mind/body studio that focuses on hot yoga and barre, a spin studio, a kids fitness zone and an area for B f.i.t.t.:60, which is a program based on the F.I.T.T principal, a set of exercise guidelines that work to achieve the best results for an individual. F.I.T.T. stands for frequency, intensity, time and type (of exercise). “We are so excited to be part of the Danvers community. We developed this concept because we listened to members at our other facilities. Many enjoy coming to the gym, but also want to take specialized classes without having to go to another location. So, we decided to create a fitness center that includes all of those amenities in one place, “ said Dave Dos Santos, CEO of Best Fitness.
Best Fitness management and trainers believe strongly in the class concept because they have found that people love them because of the energy and enthusiasm they provide. “Members encourage and celebrate one another as they improve and reach goals,” said Dos Santos.
Best Fitness plans to charge a monthly fee for use of the studio classes plus the gym equipment. Unlimited memberships are $29.99 per month but will be increasing in the near future. The fitness center is providing an incentive for early enrollment.
In addition to the newest location, Best Fitness has locations in Albany, NY, Springfield, MA, Chelmsford, MA, Lowell, MA, Drum Hill, MA, Billerica, MA and Nashua NH..
