Leader in Sports Performance Training Relocates Flagship Center to Quarry Village in Pinebrook

PARK CITY, Utah – After five years in Kimball Junction, Athletic Republic, the leading sports performance training franchise, will open a new flagship center at Quarry Village in Pinebrook in October. The two-story building located at 3216 Quarry Rd, Suite G, will feature a larger training center downstairs and corporate offices upstairs. The new location will be the company’s home base, serving as a training center for local athletes as well as corporate headquarters for Athletic Republic’s growing roster of franchisees.

Athletic Republic, whose stated mission is “Transforming Potential into Performance,” has nearly three decades of experience training athletes of all ages and abilities, from youth and high school players to professional athletes. Athletic Republic Park City offers a variety of individualized programs including acceleration, team training, and private training, where scholastic athletes can enhance their abilities for their specific sport in a small group setting. Active adults can take advantage of AR-FIT, a high-intensity interval training program designed to keep them healthy and better prepared to participate in their favorite activities, as well as endurance sports training.

“For 28 years, we’ve consistently refined our individualized approach to athlete development that allows our trainers to plan the right workout for each athlete, every visit. Our small-group training format enables us to help athletes achieve individual goals by improving their speed, power, agility and stamina,” said Athletic Republic CEO and former professional athlete Charlie Graves. “Athletic Republic isn’t your average gym. Our new Park City headquarters will showcase our proven training methods and specialty equipment to our new recruits – athletes and franchisees alike.”

The 2,500 sq. ft. facility will accommodate up to 20 athletes per 90-minute session and will include a small turf area, which allows several groups or teams to work out at once. In addition to the expanded space, the new flagship center will feature equipment upgrades and a team of certified trainers who combine educations in exercise science with experience participating at high levels in a variety of sports.

Athletic Republic has been training local athletes since 2013 at the Kimball Junction location. Hundreds of students active in football, soccer, lacrosse, skiing, baseball, rowing, and many other sports have trained with Athletic Republic. The center has been a training partner for many local teams, most recently the Park City Soccer Club and various Park City high school teams. Athletic Republic has also been active in the local community, partnering with organizations such as the National Ability Center, training adaptive athletes and supporting events like the annual Summit Challenge. Athletic Republic has also been an active supporter of the Park City Education Foundation’s Running with Ed fundraiser.
