Augie Nieto's Path to Significance in the Fitness and ALS Worlds

Club Industry will present Augie Nieto, co-founder of Life Fitness and chairman of Octane Fitness, with the Lifetime Achievement Award on Oct. 8 at the Club Industry Show in Chicago. Augie is credited with helping to change the fitness industry by popularizing the Lifecycle, the first electronic exercise bike, in the late 1970s and early 1980s and building the Life Fitness brand.
