We’re nearing the end of the first part of Club Industry’s series on diversity, equity and inclusion, and now we are asking others in the industry to participate in the next two legs of this series.
The first portion of this series has focused on Black fitness professionals. Next, we are turning the focus on other people of color. We will then give the platform to clubs, studios, YMCAs, parks and rec facilities, university rec centers, medical wellness facilities and suppliers in the industry that are doing something about diversity, equity and inclusion.
So if you are of Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, Middle Eastern or another ethnicity and are willing to share responses to some questions, then email your bio to [email protected]. We’ll pick about 10 people to participate.
If you head a company in the industry and want to share what your company is doing related to diversity, equity and inclusion, email [email protected] to share a summary of what you are doing. We’ll pick about eight to 10 companies to share. You should be willing to share specifics about your efforts and results so far.
