Get More Education with This New Offering from Club Industry and Maria Turco

One of Club Industry’s goals is to inform and educate the fitness industry not just about the news but also about how to better operate their businesses. That’s why we were excited when Maria Turco asked us to take over the former New Paradigm Partners webinar series. If you have been a viewer of these webinars, you already know the great content that Turco and her team at New Paradigm Partners packed into their monthly (and sometimes bi-monthly) webinars.

Well, Turco is off to a new adventure rolling out Honor Yoga as a franchise, but she didn’t want her webinar series to end. So, we are renaming the series as Club Industry Master Class Series, moderated by Maria Turco.

Yes, Turco will stay with the series as the moderator, so you’ll still get her great insights when you tune into the webinars, but the series will now be promoted and developed in conjunction with Club Industry.

We’re excited that the first webinar will start next month. Join us at 2 p.m. Eastern on Thursday, April 4 to hear Mark Koester, director of fitness at Active Wellness, present “Onboarding Your Way to a Million-Dollar Personal Training Department.”

In this webinar, you will get a deep dive into the onboarding process for members and fitness department team members so you can set your facility up for long-term success. Koester will share details about the new member lifecycle from both the member perspective and that of the fitness department with the goal of sharing how to set expectations, deliver on promises, decrease attrition and increase sales. To sign up for this first free webinar, register here.

These webinars are brought to you for free because of the generous sponsorship of the following companies: Honor Yoga, ABC Financial, Listen360, Myzone, Simple Again and Upshow.

Future webinar topics will include topics on net promoter scores, how to turn members into social media ambassadors, nutrition advice for trainers, social media. Stay tuned for more details on these upcoming webinars.
