Brand Ambassadors Aren’t Just for Health Clubs

Everyone has their fans, and those fans often are created because your brand helped them to achieve at least some of their goals. At Club Industry, we have enlisted some of those fans as our brand ambassadors.

You have them at your fitness facility. They are the members who come into your club daily, engage with the other members and the staff, and rave about you to their friends. They do so because they’ve gotten results by using the programs and services at your facility. They’ve lost weight or gained muscle or lowered their blood pressure—and they want everyone to know about it. They are your brand ambassadors.

At Club Industry, we hope that during our 34 years of existence, we’ve played at least a small role in helping you create these brand ambassadors. We hope that our articles, webinars, videos, and conference and trade show have helped you find the information, experts and confidence to recognize the trends you should follow and those you should look past, to offer the most effective programs and to hire the best staff, so that you can create those fans of your brand.

Club Industry also has its fans. And this year, we decided to turn some of them into our brand ambassadors. We selected seven experts in the health and wellness industry who have been attendees and speakers at our show for several years to serve as our first ambassadors. Most of them started off by reading our print magazine and now are readers of our e-newsletters and website. Many of them started attending our conference and trade show at the beginning of their careers and later after becoming seasoned in the industry began giving back by serving as speakers at the Club Industry Show. We like to think we had a hand in their growth in this fitness business. And in fact, they share in their testimonials that we did just that. We are honored to have earned the trust of such an impressive group. 

So we are excited to officially announce our inaugural group of brand ambassadors. Plus, each of the brand ambassadors will be sharing their expertise at this year’s Club Industry Show Oct. 24-26 at the Hilton Chicago.
