SoulCycle Campaign Offers Classes for First 100 Users Who Trade in Their Peloton Bikes

The first 100 Peloton bike owners who pledge to trade in their Peloton bikes will get 47 SoulCycle classes added to their account, according to a Souls Reunited campaign from SoulCycle.

The 47 classes are equivalent to $1,400, according to SoulCycle, meaning the company is giving away $140,000 in classes to lure riders back. The classes can be taken at any SoulCycle location.

This program is open to residents in the United States who own a Peloton Bike or Bike+, live within 20 miles of a SoulCycle studio, have not taken an in-studio SoulCycle class since March 16, 2020, or have never taken an in-studio SoulCycle class.

Sign ups for the program opened July 27 and will close on Aug 3. SoulCycle will contact the chosen Individuals between Aug. 4-12, according to the website. SoulCycle will pick up the Peloton bike for free.

“Riding in a studio is an unrivaled experience, adding a much-needed dose of intoxicating energy and an electric atmosphere into our workout routines, and we missed this during the pandemic,” SoulCycle CEO Evelyn Webster told People magazine.

SoulCycle sells its own at-home bike, which sells for $2,500 and a $40 per month subscription fee. The Peloton Bike sells for $1,200 while its Bike+ sells for $2,000 with a $39 per month subscription fee, according to this comparison article by VeryWellFit.
