Despite the many options that are available to today's fitness consumers, no activities were more popular in 2019 than weekday strength workouts, according to new data released by ClassPass.

ClassPass recently analyzed its 2019 user data, spanning 100 million individual sessions across 30,000 studios and clubs, to determine which trends were most popular during the year.
