Crunch, the health club chain best known for making serious fitness fun through unique programming and cutting-edge training, announces the opening of its newest franchise location at Fischer Plaza, 1001 Fischer Blvd., Toms River, NJ 08753. Crunch Toms River will bring its 'No Judgments' philosophy and fusion of fitness meets entertainment to the already health conscious and active coastal community in Ocean County, NJ.

Crunch Toms River is set to open for workouts in the first quarter of 2015, timed perfectly for starting the New Year with fitness in mind. Members can work toward reaching their fitness goals with the help of expert personal trainers who will be on hand to devise personalized fitness plans. The 20,000 square foot space will include a designated personal training area with turf, extensive cardio and weight training areas boasting the latest state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, and a group fitness studio where a diverse lineup of innovative group fitness classes will be offered, including BodyWeb w/TRX®, Zumba ®, Cardio Tai Boxing, Yoga Body Sculpt, Fat Burning Pilates and more. Other amenities include tanning, HydroMassage and full-service locker rooms.

Both permanent and seasonal residents of Toms River and its neighboring seaside communities will enjoy the gym's central location. Formerly home to Shop Rite and Cost Cutters on Fischer Blvd, the gym is located just west of the bridge that leads to the high-traffic area of Seaside Heights. The club will also offer plenty of parking.

Crunch Toms River will be the second Crunch location opened by Crunch franchisees, Tim DeLorenzo and his wife Sara DeLorenzo. The DeLorenzos, who currently own Crunch Stanhope, look forward to bringing the first Crunch gym to Ocean County, where they've been spending their summers for over 10 years. "A quality, cutting-edge fitness facility should be accessible and affordable for everyone and that is exactly what this new Crunch club provides. We can't wait to help people in the area achieve their fitness goals." said Tim DeLorenzo. The DeLorenzos also plan to continue expansion by bringing more Crunch locations to Ocean County in the future.

An enrollment center is now open in a separate storefront at the same address. This temporary location is next to Dollar General and will include gym services while the main space is being renovated. For more information on Crunch Toms River, visit www.CrunchTomsRiver.com.
